Pricing questions
How long does development take?
The 4-, 8-, and 12-week timelines in the current pricing table are example schedules for each plan. We confirm the actual delivery date in a quote and schedule after reviewing feature scope, material readiness, PG review, and hardware availability.
What support do you provide after launch?
The warranty period and coverage and response times are set out in the contract. New features, design changes, adapting to changes in external services, and outsourced product listing or customer service are treated as separate scope.
Do you also build dedicated Android and iOS apps?
Yes. We help with planning, design, and development of dedicated Android and iOS apps, through to store launch prep. You can build the app alongside the website or add one to a site you already run, and member, order, and inventory integration and push notifications are designed to the scope you need. The app configuration in Premium and the cost and schedule of standalone app development are confirmed after consultation. The current public demo is a web experience; installable apps are a separate development item.
