1. Personal Information We Collect and Why
When you request a consultation, KUJI BUILDER (the “Company”) collects your company/store name, contact name, phone number, email, services of interest, message, and any budget and preferred schedule you choose to provide, and uses this information only to respond to your consultation and provide quotes.
2. Retention and Use Period
Consultation requests are retained for 1 year from the date of submission and are deleted earlier upon request. Information past its retention period is deleted through our regular disposal process.
3. Outsourcing of Processing
Consultation details are stored on our consultation intake server and reviewed by authorized staff. We use Resend to send intake notifications, which forward your consultation details and contact information to our staff email. We also record whether you consented, the policy version you agreed to, and the time of submission.
We use Google Analytics to analyze website usage statistics. It analyzes pages visited, demo opens, whether inquiries were started or completed, and browser and device information, and it uses analytics cookies.
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry content, and reference numbers are not included in analytics events. URL query parameters and hashes are also excluded, and Google signals and ad personalization features are not used. You can restrict or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings.
4. Rights of Data Subjects
Requests to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information can be submitted through the inquiry form. Including your previous reference number helps us verify your request.

Demo records and cookies
The free draw demo does not collect login details or contact information. A randomly generated session cookie identifies each demo, and draw results and inventory are stored on the server for 24 hours and then routinely deleted. If you clear your browser cookies, you will no longer be able to access your previous demo records.
